Thanks to our generous donor community, Covenant House New Jersey’s doors are open 24/7—providing youth facing homelessness not just shelter, but safety, dignity, and hope. Here, young people find more than a place to stay. They find a path forward.
At Covenant House, we listen. Every young person co-creates an individual plan to achieve independence and stability, ensuring they have the support needed to exit homelessness and remain housed.
We are proud that 62% of our youth leave Covenant House New Jersey for a positive, stable living environment—a testament to the strength of our young people and the impact of our evidence-based care model.
Last year alone, we served 1,811 young people—a 22% increase from the year before. Each youth received the services they needed to succeed, from educational and workforce training to mental health support, housing assistance, and legal aid.
