No. As the Statewide provider in New Jersey we work with survivors regardless of age or housing status.

Do I have to presently be in a trafficking situation or circumstance?

No. Trafficking can be past or present.

Do I have to have been trafficked in New Jersey?

Our human trafficking services are provided regardless of whether or not the trafficking happened in NJ.

Am I obligated to engage with the police or law enforcement when I report or desire services from Covenant House New Jersey?

No. There is no obligation to engage with law enforcement
