I wanted to give you some great news. CHNJ has retained our 4 star (highest) rating from Charity Navigator. This is a testament to both our donors and our staff for the great work we do here throughout NJ day in and day out. Quoting directly from the letter we received from Charity Navigator (my highlights added),

Only 2% of the charities we evaluate have received at least 10 consecutive 4-star evaluations, indicating that Covenant House New Jersey outperforms most other charities in America. This exceptional designation from Charity Navigator sets Covenant House New Jersey apart from its peers and demonstrates to the public its trustworthiness.”
Charity Navigator is viewed as the leading independent rater of non-profits so their designation is very meaningful and certainly a well earned recognition of our collective efforts on behalf of all the homeless youth we serve.
