As we start Women’s History Month, we salute our very own Rolidel Czekajlo as she takes on added responsibilities in the area of food services and safety. Roli is part of our leadership team as Director of Services, CHART (Covenant House Action Research Tank). She will be taking on additional responsibilities for food services and safety across all of our sites statewide.
Roli has been a member of the Covenant House community for 19 years. She has served young people in the north for 17+ years. She has also been directing human trafficking victim services statewide, outreach, and coordinated entry in the north for over 2 years.

There’s nothing more important to us here at CHNJ than the health and safety of our young people and staff. We are excited to have Rolidel partnering with our kitchen department. They will partner to help find and implement creative ways to continue our ever evolving need and standard of excellence here at CHNJ. Working together with leadership and staff, Roli is prepared to lead as our Site Child Protection Officer. This role will help ensure we continue to provide a space where our young people and staff feel a sense of safety and security.
