We are grateful for the continuing support that we have received from the CHNJ community during these tumultuous pandemic times. Whether staff, individuals, organizations or corporations, the list of our unsung heroes is long over the last year.
But as we start the beginning of the school year, here’s a quick salute to one unsung hero, Jordan Praissman. Jordan is entering his junior year at Wayne Hills High School and reached out to us in the late spring to volunteer his IT skills to us. After interviewing with us, we realized Jordan’s self-taught Salesforce report creation skills could add real value to help the Development team upgrade our fundraising analytics this summer. Jordan worked with us throughout the summer and put many reports into production for us for our ongoing use.
Jordan is one of many students we engaged with over the course of the year. In fact, students from schools across NJ raised over $300,000 via Student Sleep Outs to support the great work we do. Click here for more information on Student Sleep Outs.
Thank you Jordan for all your work and we look forward to continuing to engage with you in the months to come and a big thank you to all our unsung heroes who are helping all our CHNJ youth here in NJ. For more about volunteering at CHNJ, click here.
