The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino celebrated its one year anniversary opening their doors in Atlantic City last June. Since then, they have jumped into the community showing support for multiple organizations but really embraced Covenant House, Atlantic City wrapping their arms around our youth and our mission.
Upon opening, they provided youth with full-time employment. In November, they had a team participate in The Sleep Out Atlantic City: Community Edition raising $8,720. At Christmas, they donated much-needed towels and washcloths. In May, they supported our Night of Broadway Stars and recently gave a generous donation of $40,000.Their continued support is much appreciated and valued.
“We are so blessed that Hard Rock, our newest neighbor, has a mission statement to Love All and Serve All that so closely resembles the mission of Covenant House. We are excited of what the future holds in terms of collaboration and commitment to serve homeless, at-risk, and trafficked youth in the Atlantic City community together,” says Covenant House Atlantic City’s Jennifer Williams.
We thank you for all you’ve done for us and we wish you the best of luck and much-continued success in your second year of business.
