The NFL’s Inspire Change program comes to CHNJ as part of the great work that Saquon Barkley is doing to support us. We were recently mentioned as part of his nomination to be the 2022 NFL Walter Payton Man of the Year. Thanks to Saquon, we are now featured in the video for the NFL’s Inspire Change Changemaker Award. New for this season, each club has selected a “changemaker,” an individual (or group of individuals) to be recognized who are making a difference in their community with their social justice work, either individually or as part of a non-profit organization.
Saquon is the New York Giant’s Changemaker for his extensive work helping the youth facing homelessness that we serve. He has been involved with us for over 4 years in multiple ways as highlighted in this NFL Inspire Change video. Saquon and CHNJ will be formally recognized during this Week 16 of the season. Congratulations Saquon and thanks for your continuing support along with that from the NFL’s Inspire Change program.
